I want to register a new email address in the address book. [Operate with a personal computer]

1. Display the Web management screen on the browser.

Start a browser on your computer and enter the IP address of the multifunction device in the address bar.

The IP address in the above figure is an example.
If you do not know the IP address of the multifunction device, refer to the following reference information.

If you do not know the password, contact the administrator of this machine.
For the factory password, refer to the user's manual.

2. Select an address book.

Click Address Book.



3. Add a destination.

Click Add.



4. Enter the information.

Click the [E-mail] tab and enter the recipient information.

The recipient name, reading / search characters, and email address are required items.



5. Perform the registration.

Click Register.
At this time, make sure that "Set as normal destination" is checked.



6. Confirm your registration.

Registration is complete when the message "Processed successfully" is displayed.
