There is no output when printing from a personal computer to a multifunction device.

 

1. 1. Cancel print (delete print job)

■ For Windows10, Windows8, Windows8.1 , Windows7, Windows Vista
* The screen is for -Windows 7- and -Windows Vista-, but it is also in the same location for-Windows 10, 8.1, 8-.

(1) Press △ on the right side of the taskbar and right-click the printer icon.

(2) Press the printed multifunction device from the menu list.

(3) The print job screen will be displayed. Right-click the remaining job and click [Cancel (C)].

(4) The message "Are you sure you want to cancel the document?" Is displayed. Click [Yes] to delete the print job.

2. 2. Check the connection between the multifunction device and the personal computer

(1) Next, refer to the following reference information, check that the multifunction device and the personal computer are connected, and then print again.

3. 3. Check the settings of the printer driver of the personal computer (setting of the print port of the personal computer)

(1) Next, press [View Devices and Printers] on the "Control Panel" to check the "Print Port" of your computer.

(2) The "Devices and Printers" screen will be displayed. Select the printer, right-click and press [Printer Properties (P)].

(3) The "Printer Properties" screen will be displayed. Click the [Port] tab.

(4) The "Printing port" setting screen will be displayed. Select the name (or IP address) of the multifunction device you have been using in the port field, and click [Port Configuration (C)].

(5) The "Standard TCP / IP Port Monitor Configuration" screen will be displayed. Set a new printer name or IP address in "Printer Name or IP Address (A)".

(6) Check the settings and click [OK].

(7) Click [OK] to close the "Printer Properties" screen.

After confirming as above, try printing again.
