Troubleshoot FTP Utility | SHARP MFP

 

Run FTP Utility

-          Go to Computer Desktop.

-          Double Click FTP Utility apps icon.

-          After Double Click, the apps will not pop-up nothing.

-          Go to Show hidden icons on right below desktop.

-          Check the icon for FTP Utility appear or not. If appear, that means the apps is running background. Try scan again. If not successful, please go to the next step.


Firewall Status

-          Go to Control Panel

-          View By: Large Icons

-          Select Windows Defender Firewall

-          Go to Advance Setting

-          At the left panel, select Inbound Rules

-          Find KONICA MINOLTA FTP Utility and Double Click

-          Under Action, select Allow the connection. Then OK

-          After done, click OK and close the Control Panel. Try scan again.
